The company's history began with the production of bread, then it moved on, introducing new products such as cakes, fresh pastries, biscuits and pralines, all ingredients from certified organic agriculture. Organic agriculture considers the entire ecosystem as a resource and uses only the natural fertility of the soil, encouraging the development with limited interventions, without the use of chemical fertilizers or not allowed products of synthesis in order to promote biodiversity and avoid GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms).
