How Do We Do It?
We make our organic bread with dedication and respect for nature, without the use of brewer's yeast, waiting for many hours for it to rise completely naturally. The special bread fermentation carried out with sourdough allows us to preserve the vital and dynamic character that the wheat seed possesses at the moment of its germination, greatly enriching the dough. The final product obtained nourishes completely and also has the ability to activate and strengthen the body's immune defenses. The result is a highly nutritious and digestible bread, inimitable in taste and aroma even after several days. In addition, in our facility we produce breadsticks, crackers, oven-baked pastries, fresh pastries, panettone, pralines and much more.....

Our organic farming cookies are the result of years of experience. The quality of our cookies is guaranteed by the genuineness of the raw materials available in the area, by respecting the ancient recipes handed down for over four generations, by the artisanal processing without the use of yeast, eggs, milk, preservatives and colorants ... and finally... LOTS AND LOTS OF LOVE!!!
